Side thrust kick and step forward

The same leg that stepped forward for the round –house kick now steps backwards, inside down block and double punch to the back.   

Now repeat the attacks with the right  Right leg step backwards and left arm blocks with any Leg forward.       Free counters as long as they are controlled.

Randori:

Flowing, with good control.  (11/2 minute only)

The student should by now be using combination techniques.

Break out’s only for the girls

Four break outs, all with good controlled counters. (2 from the front and 2 from the back)
The student must display at least three counters.
