Step forward and backward in a long stance. Show the circular movement while bending the front knee and keeping the back leg straight.

Free fighting    Randori     (1 minute) (flowing and controlled)
All punches and kicks to be accompanied with a strong pull back.
Front kick must have a good snap back.
Randori must have flow with the use of both hands and legs.

The student must show good form and control and have improved with stamina

Break outs: Two from the front and one from the back.
